5k Run Wednesdays at 7pm

 

10k Run Saturdays at 9am

Enhance your NYP RUN CLUB miles with thoughtfully designed Pilates classes by run coach Jen Ares-Cruz. Try Strength for Runners to strengthen your stride or Stretch for Runners to support a speedy recovery.
