Membership Terms
We want your Unlimited Annual Membership to feel simple and stress-free, so here are the key policies to keep everything easy and clear.
You may return your membership within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. After 3 days, all sales are final. You can also cancel your membership at any time; you’ll keep full access for the rest of your annual term, and it simply will not renew the following year.
If you move, you may transfer your membership one time to a friend or family member. Each membership is for one person only and cannot be shared. Sharing a membership will lead to a temporary suspension and will not qualify for a refund.
You can cancel classes anytime before the 12-hour window at no cost. Canceling within 12 hours results in a $15 reservation fee, and missing a class without canceling charges the full drop-in rate.
You may pause your membership for up to two weeks at a time, twice per year. And every class is backed by our AAA Guarantee—if you’re unhappy for any reason, your next class is on us.
