What happens if a class is fully booked?
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we’ll notify you so you can claim it right away.

When should I arrive and what should I wear?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
Wear something comfortable that allows for movement – no shoes necessary. Bring socks if desired – it’s up to you!
What happens if I miss class?
Any class cancelation or schedule adjustment made within 12 hours of class start time will result in a reservation adjustment charge of $15. Failure to cancel class will result in a missed reservation fee of $48 at our NYC studios and $50 at our Hamptons studios. Your class credit will go back into your account for rebooking after the proper fee is processed. Need to cancel class? You can do so in the NYP app or by logging into your account portal.
