New York Pilates is a contemporary, music-driven ass-kicking Pilates studio that is focused on sculpting bodies. Each month, approximately 12,000 people visit our studios in search of the best pilates classes in the most beautiful setting. Pilates Instructor
Our 500+ hour certified Pilates Instructors provide best-in-class Pilates reformer classes for upwards of 20+ students in the room. They are obsessed with helping students sweat, shake and sculpt their bodies to achieve their best selves. They are edgy, supportive, charismatic, committed, inspiring and kind. They are a proud representative of the NYP brand.
This position will report to the Studio Manager, as well as coordinating with other members of the NYP executive Team.
Studio Sales Rep
We’re looking for eager, welcoming Studio Sales Reps! If you are excited about Pilates, proactive in your hospitality and drive sales through service, New York Pilates wants you to join the team!
This position will report to the Studio Manager.
Shift Manager
The Shift Manager’s role is to provide managerial support when the Store Manager or other business leader isn’t available on-site. They are responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift.

Studio Manager

The Studio Manager will be responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in their store by setting a plan to deliver the best student experience.

Studio Manager (East Hampton)
New York Pilates is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Studio Manager to lead our East Hampton location. This role is ideal for a candidate who embodies leadership, operational excellence, and hospitality. The Studio Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional student experience while achieving sales, staffing, and profitability goals.
You will work closely with our team of Studio Reps, Shift Managers, and Instructors to cultivate talent, execute studio operations seamlessly, and uphold New York Pilates’ standards of excellence. The East Hampton Studio Manager will also engage with the local community through events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to strengthen NYP’s presence in the Hamptons.
Assistant Studio Manager (Southampton/Bridgehampton)
New York Pilates is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to support our Southampton and Bridgehampton studios year round. This role is all about creating consistency across both studios, building community with our students, and ensuring the highest-quality in-studio experience.
This is a full-time, salaried role that requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, student-first approach.
