New York Pilates is a contemporary, music-driven ass-kicking Pilates studio that is focused on sculpting bodies. Each month, approximately 12,000 people visit our studios in search of the best pilates classes in the most beautiful setting. NYP, founded in 2013, is proudly independently owned and operated by wife and husband Heather Andersen and Brion Isaacs. Together they’ve created a new wave of Pilates lovers by designing beautiful spaces for the classically inspired workout, curating a culture of positivity, and playing fresh tracks. The company continues to double in size year over year, growing studio locations, product offerings, and devoted NYP clients.

Pilates Instructor

Our 500+ hour certified Pilates Instructors provide best-in-class Pilates reformer classes for upwards of 20+ students in the room. They are obsessed with helping students sweat, shake and sculpt their bodies to achieve their best selves. They are edgy, supportive, charismatic, committed, inspiring and kind. They are a proud representative of the NYP brand.

This position will report to the Studio Manager, as well as coordinating with other members of the NYP executive Team.

Studio Sales Rep

We’re looking for eager, welcoming Studio Sales Reps! If you are excited about Pilates, proactive in your hospitality and drive sales through service, New York Pilates wants you to join the team!

This position will report to the Studio Manager.

Shift Manager

The Shift Manager’s role is to provide managerial support when the Store Manager or other business leader isn’t available on-site. They are responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift.

Customer Support Sales Representative

New York Pilates is excited to welcome Sales Representatives to our Customer Support team. An expert in sales and communication, the CS Sales Rep is responsible for driving sales through service. Creating an experience that ensures the best in class customer service, our CS Sales Representatives can drive sales by recommending the right product, class pack, membership, etc. per individual student.  

This position will report to the Customer Support Sales Leads and Brand Leadership. Part time hourly and Full time hourly roles are available.  This is a full time position that will include nights, weekends and holidays.

Sales Lead

New York Pilates seeks a dynamic and seasoned Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll lead our Sales Team, propel revenue growth, and elevate the overall customer sales journey. We’re in search of a candidate who excels in fast-paced environments, has a proven track record of success as a salesperson, and possesses a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.

This position will report to our Leadership Team. This is a full-time position.
