    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop and drive the overall people agenda, including employee onboarding, development, retention, competitive compensation, benefits, retirement plans, career growth paths, succession planning, employee development, and learning opportunities to support the needs of the organization

    COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION💸

    Things we take into account when calculating the compensation are global averages per skillset, your local cost of living, your skills, and your experience. This role will be at a base salary of $105-115k yearly. With bonus opportunities bi-annually based on KPI’s.

    Asst Studio Manager ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Function as MOD (“Manager on Duty”) if/when any member of management team is NOT on the premises
    • Regularly communicate to management team on any issues that arise during the opening/closing, whether or not they are resolved

    Studio Team Leader Roles & Responsibilities

    GENERAL:

    • Function as MOD (“Manager on Duty”) if/when any member of the management team is NOT on the premises.
    • Responsible for the opening and/or closing of the studio.

    REQUIREMENTS

    SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:

    Minimum 30 hour/availability per week in general. Available for early mornings (6am), late night (9:30pm), weekends and holidays.

    SET SCHEDULE:

    Your schedule is determined by your Studio Manager and is subject to change based on business needs. 

    SHIFT:

    • 8 hour role
    • 5 days/week
    • Open & Midday or Midday & Close

    Things we take into account when calculating the compensation are global averages per skillset, your local cost of living, your skills, and your experience. $22/hour rate. 30-40 hours/week required.
